We have acquired multiple practices, all resulting in a seamless transition and 90%+ retention rate. Krietzberg Wealth Management was founded in 2005 by brothers Curtis Krietzberg, CFA, MBA and David Krietzberg, CFP®, MBA, after they spent a combined 40 years in the industry on both the retail and management side. Curtis and David felt strongly that people needed help to navigate the often complex and confusing world of both investing in and planning for the future. We offer investment management, comprehensive financial planning, insurance and annuity solutions for individuals, as well as business planning, and 401(k) management for businesses.
Our in-house investment management is guided by an experienced and highly credentialed Investment Committee utilizing a highly customizable, tax-efficient, sleeve-based approach. Our exclusive arrangement with LPL Financial enables us to provide our clients with pricing that includes all custodial, transaction and trading fees. This in turn allows us to choose funds and ETFs with the lowest internal fees, keeping our clients’ fee structure as low as possible.
We started the practice because we felt that the industry does not do a good job educating clients to help them truly understand their financial situation. We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and we do not take our fiduciary duty lightly. Our mission is to guide our clients on their path to the future and also to educate them so they are capable of making informed and confident financial decisions.
Krietzberg Wealth Management is a family company, with a family culture that extends to our clients and our team. We have a high-touch client service model rooted in a documented client segmentation process. We also invest in our community by contributing to local organizations and participating as a team in charity events.
Selling a practice is not a decision taken lightly. There are many important issues to consider, such as client continuity; staff continuity; and the selling advisor’s choice to sell and go, or sell and stay. When we work with a selling practice, we work together to address these concerns with careful consideration and thoughtfulness. We will work closely with the selling advisor to ensure a smooth client transition, and to structure an arrangement that works for everyone.
